Easy Returns & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we are here to resolve your concern/issue. We will be delighted to exchange any item returned in a saleable condition, with its receipt and original packing. 

Please note that images of each product’s color and design may vary slightly from the actual product’s color and design or product model, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time, size, and other factors.

  1. “We will only be accepting those products for exchange/return that either have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes, and the shipment of the incorrect items.”
  2. No extra amount will be charged for the exchange of the same product, however, the exchange will entirely be dependent on the availability of the product.
  3. Exchange with a different product is also possible but the additional cost of the exchange product will be paid by the customer.

After getting your exchange/return query, your order will be first checked by our relevant team after assessment you will be offered an exchange (depending on the availability of the product)

*you can only exchange/return through eBazarpk.com online.

Return / Refund Policy:

 We have no policy for refund, however in case of non-availability of the product, or if the received item is in a flawed condition, a coupon of the same amount will be issued by the online team & will be availed online only.

 

Conditions for Returns:

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.
  2.  The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Daraz packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging / box.
NOTE: If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.
If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 4-6 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.
 

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.

eBazarpk.com reserves this right to cancel your order for reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined payment, or price fluctuations & inaccuracy of pricing.

*There will be no return and exchange “on sale products”.

Note: without any reason, the product will not be returned after delivery. (mind changed not applicable).

Do I have to pay for returns?

For the return of items purchased online, the customer will pay for the courier charges.

How will my money be refunded?

Once the return has been received, you will receive the amount via gift card. You can place your order again by using a gift card or coupon.

When will I receive the refund for my return?

After the return is received (items must be in perfect condition and have their inside labels), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be given via voucher.

What should I do if the return amount is incorrect?

Contact our Customer Service department and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Do you refund the shipping costs if I return all the items in an order?

We will issue the shipping cost if the mistake is from our end. However, we will not refund shipping costs if we send the accurate product.

 

Can I exchange my items?

You can exchange them at our physical stores: For another color or size, without any additional cost as long as the items are in perfect condition and there is stock in the store. Exchange with a different product is also possible but the additional cost of the exchange product will be paid by the customer.

How long do I have to make exchanges?

 

 

 

The deadline for exchanges is 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
